To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the simple return process.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
